Naomi has undertaken professional training in reflective supervision through Oxford Brookes University. This work supports coaches, ministers, chaplains and practitioners in leadership and care-based roles, providing a structured space for reflection, ethical awareness and ongoing professional development.
She has also completed training in team coaching with Leading Systemically through the Team Coaching Companion. This work draws on systems thinking and research into team effectiveness, supporting teams to understand and work with their dynamics, strengthen relationships and improve how they function together over time.

Naomi Ireland is the Managing Director of Anchor Point Co and a coaching psychology practitioner. She has a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
Her professional practice integrates psychological theory, research, and applied practice, with a focus on evidence-based coaching approaches to support wellbeing, performance, and sustainable change approaches. She works with individuals, teams and organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen resilience, reduce burnout and support sustainable ways of working, particularly within demanding and contextually complex environments.

For the past five years, Naomi has lived and worked in remote communities across the Northern Territory, developing a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures and practices. She is committed to two-way learning and the development of genuine cross-cultural partnerships, grounded in listening, respect and long-term relationship building.
Naomi also brings over 20 years of experience in pastoral leadership as an Anglican Minister. This experience underpins her ability to work thoughtfully within complex, relational contexts, supporting individuals and organisations to engage with challenge, build resilience and develop sustainable approaches to their work.
